How we live in our home is not how we want to sell our home, as it can be distracting for buyers to see your style throughout the house. Bringing in neutral, modern pieces to show how the space can be used helps buyers envision living there.
Also, staging doesn’t always mean bringing furniture IN. Sometimes, a home could benefit from decluttering or the removal of bulky / excess furniture to create a larger, more livable space.
Staging an empty home is also strongly encouraged as it becomes harder to imagine living there, and may even seem smaller or uninviting. Adding furniture to a few rooms can help potential buyers see the home as a place they would enjoy. Remember, create an emotional connection!
