This family-oriented neighborhood is almost more suburb than neighborhood. Harvey Park’s large yards are often filled with kids playing. Trampolines and basketball hoops decorate backyards and driveways. The neighborhood offers a range of home sizes, styles, and prices with older homes and newer builds. Most of the homes are mid-century modern architecture paired with Cliff May-style California Contemporary homes. It is primarily a residential area with significantly more single-family homes than condos or apartments.

The neighborhood began in the 1950s and the quiet, tree-lined streets are an attractive place to call home. The neighborhood is perfectly suited for families and offers more affordable options for popular Denver. The quiet, residential atmosphere provides a calm, suburban feel and with Downtown Denver easily accessible from the highway and a plethora of restaurant and retail options in the surrounding neighborhoods, it is an ideal neighborhood for business professionals and singles alike.

With some of Denver’s best architecture, beautiful greenery, a wealth of parks, and a lake in the neighborhood, Harvey Park is a wonderful place to call home.
